Ch-ch-changes

In an era of bloggers, twitters, facebooking, and myspaces, it seems we are at the cusp of the tide. The time is ripe for us to be in school, for us to change, adapt, and learn. With the media rapidly conforming to the next big thing, it’s important for us to be on our toes and to constantly be thinking through the what if’s. We can no longer rely on the minimum requirements to get our portfolio where it needs to be. Initiative = The Difference. The difference between you and the guy next to you. The difference between your idea, and the one someone came up with 20 years ago. Taking it upon yourself to seek out resources to make your work better is something only you have the power to do. But where do you begin? This is where the Ad Club comes in. A place to serve as the crux of creativity, and a platform for you to pronounce your statement as creatives, writers, planners, people. It’s a slow but sure process, and we can only move as fast as you do, but we’re willing to put in the work because this is what it’s about: fresh, and forward thinking. Who’s in?
